I really enjoyed the beginner's session with Dan. He's very knowledgeable, passionate about photography and friendly, and this came across in his teaching style. I hadn't picked up my camera for many years, and I undertook the course hoping to refresh my memory about the camera settings, and gain some confidence to get back out and start taking photos again. This course has helped me achieve this. I look forward to the next one!

The Street Photography event was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I've attended events led by Dan on a few occasions and as always, I have found him to be a great communicator prior to and during our meet up. His knowledge, insight and encouragement is always thoughtful and well received. As for the venue, Noosa, I give a huge thumbs up! Colourful and busy with activity, the environment scape from beach to street provided a wonderful array of photographic opportunities with plenty of interesting conversation amongst us. Looking forward to the next event!

Dan is a great host, explaining and demonstrating photography tips and skills while making everyone feel very comfortable to share and participate during the class. The weather forced a small shift of location which we adapted to very quickly and comfortably. The subject of Portrait Photography was very thorough covering aspects from suitable camera settings, working with light and learning tips for posing a model, all which was very interesting as we worked through the session. I appreciate that Dan reviews our work as the class progresses either encouraging what's working or offering further tips to explore and improve. Though the class was small it was productive, friendly and enjoyable. Thanks to Dan and to Click Sunshine Coast Photography Group for making this event happen.

The magnificent Opera House fascinates me and although I have seen many photos I never get tired of it. Initially I did try to get a photo with the fence framing the Opera House straight on but I couldn?t get it to work. As a result John Utzon designed the Opera House and construction commenced March 1959 and
